Due to continued growth, we are seeking the long-term employment of a Service Coordinator to join our expanding South-East Queensland team based in Loganholme. The role suits a service coordinator looking for a change or an administrator committed to growth and professional development within a nationally recognised fire protection business recognised for its strong customer focus in the service and minor works space.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working both autonomously and as part of a tight-knit team, the Service Coordinator delivers high-quality customer service, reliable service delivery and accurate administration to support ARA Fire's operations across Queensland. The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer relationships, coordinating field activity, and ensuring compliance and timely completion of work.
The ideal candidate will:
An all-rounder having worked in all facets of administration.
Any experience in Uptick would be advantageous but not critical as training will be provided.
Motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision or guidance in completing their daily tasks.
Well organised, can multitask having a strong work ethic and works well in a team environment.
Be committed to the overall profitability and growth of ARA Fire through the interaction with the various divisions and its people.
Have pride in their work.
Excel with customer correspondence.
Position pre-requisite:
Strong Microsoft office suite overall ability.
Strong personal interaction on a client basis.
Strong email etiquette.
Ability to work respectfully in a team environment.
