Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations in the cutting and packing rooms effectively.
2. Lead a diverse team of up to 50 employees, providing coaching and counselling when needed.
3. Monitor yields, cutting performance, and labelling to meet customer specifications.
4. Work closely with QA and sales teams to align production with market requirements.
5. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain plant performance and product integrity.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
