Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for patients across various age groups and clinical conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance patient functional outcomes.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions in occupational or speech therapy, tailored to patient needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
* Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, progress, and strategies to support rehabilitation at home.
* Participate in professional development, in-service training, and departmental meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy outcomes.

Requirements:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy / Speech Therapy from a recognized institution.
* Registrable with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Singapore
