Title: Disability Support Worker

Reports to: Team Leader, Service Manager
About the Role
This role is focused on delivering compassionate, person-centred support to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours for a registered NDIS Provider providing Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Housing and support services throughout NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring that every person we support receives the quality care they deserve.
About the Position
* Availability: 4-6 days per week, 8 hour shifts. Consistent work on offer dependent on your availability!
* Requirements: Must have Australian Drivers License and full comprehensive car Insurance; ABN; NDIS Training modules.
* Location: Must be willing to travel to our numerous Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes within the applied locations.
* Ideal Applicants: Support workers, mental health certified, nurses, social/aged/youth workers, people looking to gain experience.

* Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to complete clear and accurate shift documentation.
