About You MINIMUM 6-12 months' Real Estate or Property experience (residential/retail/commercial) - due to the nature of contracting, candidates must have some experience within the Real Estate or Property industry - aside from Reception or Admin roles - as these are not entry level roles SA Certificate of Registration is a must for residential property management roles Reliable car and drivers' license (if specified) Proficient in one or more software packages – Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate, MRI, Cirrus8 etc.
