Do you want to love going to work, love the team you work with, if you are an experienced Service Manager, then this is the role for you. Due to our rapidly expanding Service Department, we are seeking a Service Manager to lead our team of talented and passionate Service Technicians/advisors that can take our Service Department to the next level. Your main responsibilities will be delivering a superior customer experience, managing and mentoring the Service team.
Skills that must be demonstrated to be successful include:
* Staff Management
* Experience in leading and mentoring a team
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in the use Microsoft Suite of programs. Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
* A team player that can work autonomously
* Maintain a harmonious and supportive work culture
In addition, the right candidate requires the following:
* Excellent time management
* Ability to multitask
* History of safe and efficient work
* Pride in quality control and customer service
* Hold a current and valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE but not limited to:
* Greeting all Service Centre Customers
* Manage and lead team of Service Technicians and Service Advisor, delegation of tasks and monitoring performance.
* Manage workshop operations and work order for Service Technicians
* Prepare all repair and insurance quotes
* Identify process improvement
* Prepare and analyse Service Centre reports, budgets and KPI's for accurate reporting to senior management.
Previous knowledge and experience within Service Department or previous trade certification as well as using custom CRM and/or the caravan industry is highly advantageous.
