Gravity IT are a Brisbane based firm with an international presence, recognised as experts in the consultancy and development of solutions in the Tax and Revenue Management industry. Gravity IT have clients in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the Caribbean, with plans of expansion to other countries. Gravity IT work very closely with SAP providing solutions to councils, cities, state and federal governments.
We are seeking a Junior SAP Consultant or Graduate with an Accounting and/or Commerce major, and/or 1+ years' experience in SAP Business/Functional Analysis to join our team. Not mandatory, however an interest in Software/IT or some background in IT is a plus.

Position tasks you'll be trained in:
1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements and processes.
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP modules accordingly.
3. Assist in the design, customisation, and implementation of SAP solutions.
4. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on SAP functionality and best practices.
5. Perform system testing, resolve issues, and provide post-implementation support.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, technical consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Stay updated with the latest SAP modules, enhancements, and industry trends.
8. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
9. Conduct system demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing SAP functionality and benefits.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend SAP solutions to enhance client business processes.
