Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage customer interactions and ensure a seamless experience.
This full-time role involves managing clinic enquiries, demonstrating our system, and onboarding new users. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a background in customer service within technology-driven environments, and an interest in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine.
* Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
* Demonstrate our system to new customers and help them get started with ease.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be a fast learner who enjoys interaction and can adapt to a dynamic work environment. Experience with Odoo platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
* System Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
* Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations of our system to new customers and showcase its features and benefits.
