Responsibilities
- Design engaging visuals and video content that showcase BlueFit’s facilities, programs, and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Produce and edit multimedia assets including graphics, photography, short-form videos, and motion graphics for social media, digital advertising, web, and print.
- Bring ideas to life by collaborating with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into creative executions that resonate with our audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency while finding opportunities to push creative boundaries and keep our content fresh.
- Manage projects end to end from concept and storyboarding through to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Support multiple brands, tailoring content to reflect each brand or facility’s community and unique voice.
About You / Qualifications
- You are a creative storyteller with a strong design background who thrives on turning ideas into visuals that capture attention and inspire action.
- You love working across different mediums, from design and photography to video editing and motion graphics and you take pride in bringing campaigns to life from concept through to delivery.
- You are confident in managing multiple projects at once, balancing tight deadlines with high standards of quality and attention to detail. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you enjoy working closely with teammates to share ideas and shape creative outcomes.
- You have hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and you are comfortable experimenting with new techniques to keep your work fresh. Photography and videography skills are part of your toolkit, and you know how to tailor creative for different brands and audiences.
- Above all, you’re adaptable, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to create content that not only looks great but also helps BlueFit inspire healthy, active, and water-safe communities.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field.
- Current CPR and Senior First Aid certifications.
- A valid driver’s license and Working With Children clearance relevant to your state or territory.
Work Location
This full-time role is based at our National Site Support Office in Essendon, Victoria.
