As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Creative Consultant with strong graphic skills to join our WA Administration team on a full‐time basis and help shape a culture that supports our people, our members and our franchisees to thrive. Located in Osborne Park, the office is accessible to public transport, is within walking distance of parks, cafes, and onsite parking is available.
About the Role
Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for managing and evolving the creative output of the 777 Group brands, supporting campaign execution, franchise communications, partner marketing and internal engagement initiatives.
You'll collaborate with internal teams, pharmacy owners, agencies and external suppliers to deliver impactful creative solutions that align with business objectives, compliance requirements and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead creative development and brand management across the 777 Group
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, marketing resources and digital asset libraries
* Support the Brand & Marketing Team with print and digital creative asset development
* Lead marketing creative delivery within key business working groups
* Develop campaign and advertising assets across print, digital, social and EDM channels
* Translate brand messaging, USPs and calls‐to‐action into engaging visual communications
* Create assets and collateral for events, sponsorships, partner campaigns and community initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop & deliver creative projects/resources
* Coordinate external creative resources including copywriters, designers and developers where required
* Design signage concepts and presentations in collaboration with project teams
* Support marketing automation initiatives including forms, ordering portals and onboarding documentation
* Ensure marketing communications align with AHPRA, PSA and TGA advertising guidelines
* Contribute to event support, campaign coordination and ongoing marketing projects
About You
You are a collaborative and solutions‐focused creative professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‐on design execution.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a senior creative, brand or graphic design role
* Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital and campaign creative
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and related design platforms
* Experience managing brand guidelines and multi‐brand environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working with internal teams, suppliers and external agencies
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Understanding of marketing communications across digital and traditional channels
* Experience with SharePoint, EDM platforms and presentation design highly regarded
* Knowledge of regulated advertising environments is advantageous
