We're looking for someone who has: Tertiary qualifications in Human ResourcesDemonstrated experience as a HR Manager with experience navigating complex people issuesThe ability to take off the 'corporate hat' and be agile in an industry that is continually evolving.
Importantly this is an end-to-end HR role so you need to be willing to be 'hands on'.
Values trust and establishes credibility and confidence in stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Expertise in providing solutions-based Human Resources advice and strategies to managers and the wider team.Experience in interpreting industrial instruments.Excellent organisational and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
