About The Role WorkPac is seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Officer for our client in Cairns City. This is a part-time role offering 1 day per week. The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative services in line with organizational policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Senior Nursing Officer, medical and nursing staff, and Business Manager Clinical Services and Operations.Manage client management systems and ensure accurate Medicare documentation.Provide high-quality administration services in accordance with policies and procedures.Maintain timely and cost-effective administrative support across the organization.Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.Assist in providing client services and administrative support to the clinical staff.
