Job Description: Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
* Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
* Support team leadership, coaching, and development to maintain high performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
* Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
* Contribute to rostering, training, and performance management processes.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in retail or trade sales, ideally with some leadership exposure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results. Commercial acumen and attention to detail. Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends. A passion for tools, equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions.
