The Role
* Handle guest check-ins, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
* Respond to phone calls with professionalism.
* Process guest calls, wake-up calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
* Provide assistance on hotel and lounge services, as well as other information guests may require.
* Act promptly to address guest feedback, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Take proactive measures to resolve guest complaints and monitor external comments.
About You
* A background in Front Office operations, with experience using property management systems for check-in and check-out.
* F&B experience is an added advantage, particularly in Food and Beverage outlets or lounges.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and concise information delivery to various stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
* Fluent written and spoken English is required.
* Problem-solving ability is necessary, covering both operational and strategic areas.
* Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
