Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotics Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions to clients across Australia.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement territory sales plans targeting the manufacturing, warehousing, and food and beverage sectors
* Prospect for new business using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels
* Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM system
* Understand client needs to deliver tailored automation solutions
* Prepare proposals and contribute to tender submissions
* Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and paid trials
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets


Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and logistics automation
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or logistics sectors
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at senior management level
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership management
