Requirements
* Flexible availability including nights and weekends
* Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year period
* Relevant Commercial Cookery trade qualifications
* A full drivers licence and use of own car
* Excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* An immaculate standard of personal presentation, hygiene and grooming
* Knowledge of food safety requirements, hygiene standards, operating procedures and WHS and regulatory guidelines
