Job Description
Role Type: 2 month contract with an ASAP start
This role oversees the full life-cycle of digital marketing strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on driving brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital initiatives to enhance end-user brand awareness and business growth.
- Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
- Conduct research and field activities to gather insights on market share, user engagement, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with global digital teams to exchange knowledge and implement best practices.
Performance Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
- Monitor and summarise key industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Project & Platform Management
- Manage the online learning system, including content creation and updates, user registration, and training support.
- Participate in the roll-out of new digital platforms, such as CRM and data systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends impacting the industry.
Workplace Standards & Professional Conduct
- Ensure all work practices comply with relevant workplace safety regulations.
- Uphold organisational values and qualified standards of behaviour.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required to support business operations.
The Successful Applicant
Experience: 3-5 years in a hands-on digital marketing role with a focus on execution.
Education: Tertiary degree in related marketing discipline (Business, Commerce)
Core Competencies
- Skilled in digital communications and campaign delivery.
- Proficient in content development, including writing for web and social platforms.
- Familiar with SEO best practices and social media management, especially LinkedIn.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Comfortable using CMS tools like WordPress, Drupal, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot or equivalents).
- Competent in leveraging digital analytics tools to assess performance.
- Basic understanding of front-end HTML for web content adjustments.
Soft Skills & Work Ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation abilities.
- Highly organised with effective time management; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence to engage across all levels of the business.
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation capabilities.
Technical Proficiency
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.
- Design capabilities are a plus - especially experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
