The Role
This is not a "run some ads" role.
You'll own how we think about and execute growth across:
* SEO
* Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
* Meta & TikTok
* Email & CRM
Your job is to connect the dots, turning performance data into clear actions, building workflows that improve speed and output, and helping the team understand what's working and why.

You'll work closely with our Flywheel Leaders and Work Managers, embedding into how we operate today. We're not looking for someone to come in and override everything.

* Helps shape what we create, where we distribute it, and how we scale it
Success in this role = lifting the entire team's output, not just your own.
What You'll Do Performance Marketing (Multi-brand)
* Own and optimise Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta & TikTok
* Test, scale and refine campaigns across multiple businesses and brands
* Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate and revenue
Email & CRM
* Build and optimise lifecycle flows (Blueshift / Klaviyo)
* Improve segmentation, personalisation and retention
* Build automated workflows that improve speed and decision-making
* Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
* Develop reporting systems that surface actionable insights in real time
* Connect paid, organic, and content into a unified growth engine
Content & Distribution
* Work with the content team to identify what to push, where and why
* Scale high-performing content across paid and organic channels
* Feed performance insights back into content creation
What You Bring
* 8-10+ years in eCommerce / performance marketing/management
* Strong experience across Google Ads and Meta (TikTok a bonus)
* Experience working across multiple brands or business units
* Ability to build or improve marketing workflows and systems
* Strong analytical thinking with a bias toward action
* Ability to communicate clearly and bring others along with you

* Familiarity with AI tools and automation
