Restaurant Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Food and Beverage team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Guarantee smooth floor operations in the restaurant and bar areas.
* Manage the profitability, presentation, and operation of these venues.
* Maintain a strong understanding of our food and beverage offerings to promote to clients.
* Lead, motivate, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing team culture is maintained.
* Work closely with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotions for the Food and Beverage department.
Key Qualifications:
* A minimum of three years of managerial experience in a similar role.
* Possession of a current RSA certification.
* Proven experience in managing staff, with a strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals and maintain exceptional service standards.
* Expertise in generating innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives.
