ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Gas Fitter / Plumber (full time hours) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about medical gas systems, or an experienced plumber / gas fitter seeking a rewarding transition into the medical gas industry.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Install, maintain, and repair medical gas systems.
* Interpret technical drawings and plans for medical gas installations.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, engineers, and contractors to ensure systems meet operational requirements.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Minimum 3 years' experience in plumbing, gas fitting, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of plumbing/gas distribution systems, codes, and standards
* Current White Card
* Valid driver's license, reliable access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel to job sites across Sydney.
* Desirable - Recognised trade qualifications in plumbing and/or gas fitting
