A part-time permanent (or full time if you are happy to engage in nursing duties some days) as a dental receptionist to help play a crucial role in the smooth operation of a dental office by often being the first point of contact for patients and being responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

* Requires Dental Receptionist Experience
* Based in Southern River, Perth

Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome patients professionally.
* Schedule and manage appointments.
* Collect and update patient information.
* Verify insurance coverage and process claims.
* Handle payments and financial transactions.
* Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
* Maintain and organize patient records.
* Keep the reception area clean and organized.
* Assist with administrative tasks and data entry.
* Offer patient comfort and support in the waiting area.
* Send appointment reminders and follow-up on missed appointments.
* Handle dental emergencies and direct patients accordingly.
