Role Description
The Accounts Administration Assistant is a part-time - 4 days a week, on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, maintaining records, supporting executive-level tasks, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties as directed. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring clear communication within the team and with external parties.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks
Strong Accounts skills - SAP B1 preferred
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and related support functions
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Attention to detail, time management, and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in using office software and technology
Experience in an administrative or similar role preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
