About the role:
We are looking to add passionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to our professional care team at our Andrew Kerr Care Facility.
We currently have the following permanent Part Time opportunities on offer:
07:00am to 13:30pm:
* Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (Both Weeks)
* Thursday, Friday & Saturday (Both weeks)
07:00am to 15:00pm
* Thursday, Friday & Saturday (Both weeks)
14:45pm to 21:00pm:
* Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Both weeks)
* Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (Both weeks)
* Thursday, Friday & Saturday (Both weeks)
14:45pm to 22:00pm
* Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (Both weeks)
* Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (Both Weeks)
21:45pm to 07:15am:

At Uniting AgeWell, Personal Care Workers co-ordinate personal care for residents in accordance with care plans which meet their individual needs and preferences. Working within a multidisciplinary team, provide effective clinical and emotional support to residents, recognise changes in residents' conditions and escalate observations and concerns.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents and families, including consideration for cultural, spiritual and individual needs
* Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management to enhance their wellbeing
* Support nursing staff regarding assessment, care planning processes, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes
* Monitor the cleanliness, safety, environment and promptly report issues of concern
* Part-Time opportunity working at our Andrew Kerr Care Facility in Mornington
About you:
This is the place for you if you have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
* Experience in residential aged care/ home care (desired)
* Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desired)
* Demonstrated abilities to support residents in a fast paced environment with exemplary communication skills in a team and one on one interactions with all levels of care partners

* A current Working With Children Check card
* Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
* Australian working rights
* Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
