* Reception duties including answering phones, greeting clients and managing correspondence
* Library support and mail sorting and distribution
* Ordering stationery and staff supplies
* Photocopying, scanning, binding documents and IT hardware setup and maintenance
* Building management liaison and meeting room setup and event organization
* Ad hoc administration duties

Key Responsibilities:
