Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to drive new business growth with commercial/mid-market organizations across APAC. As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic advice and consultative sales expertise to help clients achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the full 360° sales cycle, driving new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, solution scoping, tailored demos, and successful deal closure
2. Build, manage, and accurately forecast a robust pipeline of qualified mid-market opportunities using Salesforce and Gong, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly sales quotas
3. Develop a deep understanding of prospective customers' pain points, challenges, and business objectives, guiding complex buying committees through high-value consultative sales engagements
4. Run high-impact, bespoke product presentations and demos that address specific customer needs and clearly communicate our unique value and ROI
5. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally, partnering with SDRs, Customer Success Coaches, People Scientists, and other internal experts to support prospects through to onboarding
6. Navigate complex negotiations, including procurement, legal, compliance, and pricing, to remove barriers and accelerate deal closure


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a commercial/mid-market context
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* A deep understanding of people analytics and employee experience, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and find creative solutions
