Safety
* Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. At all times, ensure the welfare of personnel and the protection of our assets and the environment.
* Contribute to all team HSE initiatives and toolbox meetings.
* Report unsafe acts and condition.
* Complete all relevant training and maintain competency.
Quality
* Attend and Witness C&I inspections as per notification raised by contractor or subcontractor.
* Review and approve inspection reports and documentation Submitted by contractor.
* Ensure timely review and close out of Coating & Insulation MDR's
* Provide daily and weekly updates to management & interested stakeholders on inspection findings
* Raise Surveillance Inspection Reports to record inspection outcomes.
* Complete warehouse Quality Inspections and UD for incoming materials within the SAP management system.
* Witness and verify Contractor's applicators/applicants to maintain verification of Competency
* Review and approve Contractors Quality documents not limited to ITP, ITR, MDR, Templates and other documents to ensure timely revisions to align current specification revisions.
* Provide support and assistance to contractors in relation to quality.
* Provide recommendations in relation to quality assurance and control in C&I operations.
* Provide and participate in the development of workmanship and support execution to achieve quality work.
* Identify and report all non-conformance works.
* Witness and verify applicators/applicants to maintain competency.
* Review and approved Contractor Quality documentation supplied for each completed works.
* Time confirmation in SAP for PIV3CTG Inspection operations for CMI and CUI work packs
Administration
* Maintain and update registers of company equipment and certificates.
* Monitor and update results of inspection through M2M.
Technical Expertise
* Provide technical expertise to the inspection and testing of wide range of applied coating, insulations, and fireproofing and ensure compliance with Company approved Specifications.
Teamwork
* Establish and maintain transparent communication to the team.
Skills and Experience Required
* Min 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspections in Major oil and gas industry
* Desirable: IRATA Rope Access L1, Icorr Level 2 Fireproofing, Stopaq Inspection Ticket, Confined Space Entry & Working at Heights.
The work will be based on 11 hour days from Monday-Friday, with weekend overtime regularly available if desired.
