Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper – OneCrew Electrical & HVAC | Mount Isa or Brisbane
We're OneCrew Electrical & HVAC (formerly Clancy Corporation), a family-owned business providing top-quality electrical, air-conditioning, and solar services across Queensland.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-driven Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our growing admin and operations team. This role can be based from our Mount Isa office or our Brisbane operations base, with flexibility for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll support our Administration and Management team to ensure financial accuracy and smooth day-to-day operations, including:
Processing accounts payable and receivable in Xero
Preparing and reconciling invoices, payments, and statements
Completing bank reconciliations and journal entries weekly
Assisting with payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation
Managing supplier relationships and credit applications
Supporting job costing and financial reporting within our job management system (AroFlo)
Liaising with both the admin and field teams to ensure records are complete and up-to-date
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration
Strong Xero proficiency (payroll, bank recs, invoicing, reporting)
Exceptional accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Experience in a trade, construction, or service-based business (highly regarded)

Location: Mount Isa, QLD or Brisbane, QLD
Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
Reports to: Administration Manager
Start Date: Immediate (negotiable)
