Job Description

Viva Energy Australia are seeking a Technical Support Coordinatorwith an eye for detail, meticulous organisational skills and proven track record in improving efficiency. In this role you will have the opportunity to add valuesupportingthe broader sales and technical team whilst takingownershipon customer focusedprojectsand processes. Customer centric, you will have the opportunity to improve the customer experienceandsolve complex problemswith your commercial acumen.

You will be based in either Brisbane or other locations can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proven experience in a technical support, sales support, or operations coordination role within a commercial or industrial environment.
* Management of purchasing processes, purchase orders, invoicing, pricing, catalogue management, stock tracking.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis), SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
* Hands‐on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), and Salesforce highly desirable.
* Experience in vendor and contract management, including procurement processes, purchase order creation, and invoice reconciliation

Qualifications

* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‐centric mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
