Mid Weight Graphic Designer – 6‑Month Contract

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will take the lead on creative projects from concept through to execution across digital, print and event environments. You will help shape and protect our brand identity, delivering compelling campaigns that captivate, engage and perform.
This is a hands‑on, office‑based role in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment—ideal for a designer who thrives on creative ownership, variety and impact.
Responsibilities
* Designing and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns
* Translating brand strategy into standout visual assets
* Championing DHG's brand identity across all touchpoints
* Partnering with marketing, events and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns
* Mentoring junior designers and upholding design excellence
* Overseeing photoshoots and working with external suppliers
* Bringing fresh thinking and trend awareness to every brief
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in Graphic Design or similar
* A strong, multi‑channel portfolio showcasing your creative range
* Confidence across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
* A sharp eye for layout, typography and cohesive design systems.
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
* Ability to lead projects independently and juggle multiple deadlines.
* Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
