**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting prospect for an experienced Technical Internal Sales Representative to join our team at our Seven Hills Head Office.
Your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Service customers to both meet their current requirements and develop further opportunities.
- Assist customers with product selection by interpreting catalogues and product information.
- Assist other CS staff with higher level technical enquiries.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
- Prepare and submit quotes to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Undertake general customer service duties as required.
- Support the team to achieve agreed annual sales and gross profit targets.
**About You**
To be considered for this role, you should possess;
- Experience in a similar technical advice and customer service role with preference given to those with some understanding of hydraulics.
- Mechanical Engineering or Trade related experience and/or a genuine interest to learn and develop in this area
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings
- Strong commercial acumen, sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of initiative, drive and self-motivation
- A desire to grow and develop a long standing career within the Berendsen business.
