- Manage the provision of services to the Office of the Secretary, including information systems, records and work procedures. **Hours per fortnight**
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
**Duties**
- Provide high level executive support to the Secretary and Deputy Secretaries including the production of quality documents, management of diaries, visitor reception, telephone screening and travel and meeting coordination.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Office of the Secretary including the coordination of all incoming correspondence and the management of correspondence referred to other areas for a response.
- Provide high-level executive support for the Agency Executive and other committees as required, including collation and distribution of meeting papers, minute taking, and monitoring of follow up actions.
- Provide advice to departmental staff on protocols, procedures and document templates to be used for internal and external communication.
- Coordination of briefings and responses for inter jurisdictional committees as required.
- Central coordination point for Cabinet and Executive Council, including liaison with Cabinet Office, and receipt and distribution of Cabinet decisions.
