Are you a Desktop Estimator or Supervisor looking to step away from the desk and into a more client-facing, on-the-road role? I am partnering with a well-established and growing insurance repair builder servicing the Fremantle to Mandurah region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with insurance exposure who is ready to step fully into an Estimator / Supervisor position, with training provided to support your transition. If you've been working in a desktop-based insurance estimating role and want to move into a more hands-on position overseeing sites, managing trades and dealing directly with clients — this could be the right next step.
The Opportunity
* Report directly to the Construction Manager
* Scope, estimate and schedule insurance repair works
* Supervise trades across multiple projects
* Deliver high-level customer service and manage client relationships
* Utilise industry-leading repair management systems and technology
What You Bring
* Trade qualification preferred
* Experience estimating, scheduling or supervising residential works
* Exposure to the insurance sector (highly regarded)
* Sound knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements
* Strong communication and organisational skills
