You'll work closely with resident companies, promoters, venue teams, and external ticketing partners to ensure every event is set up for success. From managing allocations across platforms to producing essential reports and navigating challenges with professionalism and clarity, your work will help shape the audience experience behind the scenes.
Your strong communication, customer service focus, and ability to juggle competing priorities will shine in this collaborative and highenergy environment.
We're looking for someone with ticketing and box office experience (preferably with Tessitura knowledge), strong digital and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for the arts. This role sits within a sevenday operational environment, offering a varied schedule and the chance to immerse yourself in the excitement of live events.
If you're ready to bring your expertise, enthusiasm, and love for the arts to a team that values creativity and connection, we'd love to hear from you.
