Intellectual Property Transactional Specialist
Job Description:
As an Intellectual Property Transactional Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice and services in the transactional IP area. Your work will focus on advising clients on and drafting various agreements related to intellectual property rights, including trade marks, designs, patents, copyright, and plant breeders' rights.
You will provide timely and accurate advice to clients in relation to the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights. This will involve contributing to the marketing and business development of the commercial function, as well as preparing documentation acceptable to IP Australia.
In addition, you will have experience in stakeholder management and client relationship skills, and a desire for challenging and interesting work that helps others commercialise their intellectual property.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in intellectual property, technology, or general commercial contracts.
* Exposure and knowledge of contract, commercial, and intellectual property law.
* Experience in intellectual property transactions is desirable.
