Job Description
* Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance.
* Develop and implement solutions to enhance system functionality.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
* Conduct regular system updates and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
* Provide training and support to users of the ServiceNow platform.
* Create and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
* Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other technology systems.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a medium enterprise environment (must have).
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
* Hands‑on experience managing ServiceNow modules, catalogs, workflows, forms, and UI policies.
* ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification strongly preferred.
