The Role
The Content & Design Producer will bring WCF and NWA's brand stories to life — from stadium signage and fixture posters to TikTok reels and netball participation campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Brand & Events, this role supports both strategic campaigns and day-to-day content needs across owned and paid channels.
This role is a full-time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week with options for flexibility for part-time hours dependent on candidate suitability. The sport industry operates outside of traditional business hours, including weekends. To succeed in this role, you must be willing and able to work when and where sport is happening.
Responsibilities and Duties
Design assets for print and digital including flyers, signage, merchandise and stadium branding
Ensure brand consistency across WCF and NWA collateral
Produce motion graphics, animated overlays, and dynamic visual elements
Support campaign execution with tailored assets for paid media
Capture and edit video content for social media, eDMs, and to drive commercial outcomes
Develop content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website
Contribute to ideation and storyboarding for TVCs, social series, and branded campaigns
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years in graphic design and/or content production
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong videography and editing skills (Cap Cut or similar tools)
Understanding of social media best practices across platforms
Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting ability
Strong project management and communication skills
Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process
Current WA Working with Children Check
Music editing and syncing
Audio recording and mixing
