Providing executive-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO
Managing complex calendars meetings and travel schedules
Preparing high-quality documents reports and presentations
Coordinating board and leadership meetings including agendas and minutes
Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (CEO / CFO level ideal)
Outstanding organisational communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail
Strong MS Office skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
