Role Overview
This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while overseeing the daily operations of a dynamic retail store. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for guiding your team in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with OH&S protocols.
About the Position
This role involves working a roster from Monday to Thursday and Sundays, with the latest finish being 5:45 pm.
* Guide your team in educating customers on products, demonstrating features and benefits, and fostering genuine relationships.
* Maintain the store's appearance and showcase current promotions.
* Ensure all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for employees.
* Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including Safety, Sales, Loyalty, and NPS.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid background in customer service, a proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs, clear communication skills, and experience managing and motivating others.
