About the Role
Sodia is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Chairman and manage the smooth running of their Mornington office.
This is a fast-paced, high-trust role where you'll juggle complex calendars across time zones, coordinate key activities, and be the steady hand behind the scenes. You'll also create a welcoming, high-functioning workspace for our local team, balancing executive support with office coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing proactive support to our CEO and Chairman
* Managing shifting calendars, travel, and logistics across multiple countries
* Preparing materials, correspondence, and meeting agendas
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Overseeing day-to-day office operations and vendor management
* Supporting events, workshops, and team rhythms in the Mornington office
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in senior admin support
* Confidence managing competing priorities and shifting schedules
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Discretion, proactivity, and the ability to anticipate needs
* Experience working across time zones (global organisation experience ideal)
* High proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Zoom, shared calendars
