The Role
Seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our Yallambee Facility in Millmerran QLD.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high quality Clinical Care for our Aged Care residents whilst under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
About You
We are looking for individuals that are caring, empathetic & looking to contribute to their communities. You will have current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse. To be successful in this role will have strong communication skills, be computer savvy and can work effectively when part of a team.
Essential
o AHPRA registration Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
o 3 years’ experience working within Residential Aged Care services
o Demonstrated Clinical Knowledge
o High Level Analytical, written & verbal communication skills
o Commitment to teamwork & willing to take initiative
o Excellent organisational & time management skills
o Able to use smartphone / tablet & learn new systems for work purposes
o 2 x Recent Managerial Referees
o Police Clearance – we run one for you for free!
o A positive attitude and willingness to learn
o Commitment to embrace, model and work within the core values of McLean Care
o Knowledge & Understanding of Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards
o Firm understanding of Person Centred Care
Desirable
o Experience in an Aged Care setting
o Understanding of Aged Care and associated Legislation
o Experience in supervising staff
o Basic Life Support
