Accounting Specialist – Financial Reporting and Compliance
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) team, you will play a vital role in providing clients with high-quality accounting and financial reporting services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in preparing full sets of accounts, statutory financial statements, and relevant disclosures in accordance with IFRS, MFRS, and other applicable accounting standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios effectively, ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, and supporting the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analysis for clients.
You will also be expected to ensure strict adherence to the firm's risk management policies and quality control procedures, and assist with ad-hoc assignments and other tasks as required by the team or clients.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Good command of both spoken and written English
