IT Support Technician – Helpdesk & Onsite Support

This role offers a mix of remote helpdesk support and onsite client visits, perfect for someone who loves variety, challenges, and making a real impact.
What You'll Do:
* Provide timely remote helpdesk support, resolving client IT issues efficiently.
* Deliver onsite support across Brisbane, ensuring IT systems run smoothly.
* Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
* Maintain clear documentation of support activities, solutions, and system configurations.
* Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and share knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support or IT service role.
* Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments highly valued.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, Intune).
* Experience with SharePoint site setup and 3CX (or similar VoIP) highly valued.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.
* Passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
* Driver's license required; basic understanding of Linux, MacOS, and networking desirable.
* Confidence managing phone calls and support tickets professionally and efficiently.
