The Opportunity
Longton Compensation Lawyers are looking for a Senior Legal Assistant to join our friendly, fast-growing Personal Injury team in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities
- Support our PI lawyers and clients through every step of their journey
- Manage files and correspondence with care and precision
- Prepare legal documents, letters, and court paperwork
- Assist with client communication and intake
- Support evidence gathering and document management
- Book appointments, manage calendars, and keep the team on track
- Provide admin support to solicitors to keep everything running smoothly
Who We Are Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience as a legal or senior legal assistant in personal injury
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Positive attitude with a ‘can-do’ approach and strong communication skills
- A people person who genuinely cares about clients and works well within a team
