QHSE Compliance OfficerLocation: Head Office in NSW Somersby (permanent part‐time position of 25 hours per week). Reporting to management, you will lead the management of all aspects of quality assurance and OHSE systems, driving compliance and safety.
Duties Of The Position
* Maintain the Quality Assurance, Health/Safety & Environment systems, including reviewing, improving, and evolving the system.
* Coordinate internal and external training and maintain the training matrix.
* Provide tender support related to QHSE compliance.
* Maintain Quality and OHS compliance for contractors and suppliers.
* Control document management – maintain policies, procedures, forms, registers, etc.
* Prepare and conduct QHSE Management Review meetings.
* Participate in annual external audits for ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 certification maintenance.
* Participate in internal audits and maintain the audit plan.
* Prepare and conduct quarterly OHS meetings, OHS trainings, newsletters, briefings, etc.
* Co‐coordinate workplace inspections, machinery maintenance, test & tag, first aid and fire equipment, SDS review, equipment calibration.
* Co‐coordinate health monitoring (medicals, hearing and noise assessment, D&A testing).
* Maintain non‐conformances and manage OHS objectives.
Skills And Experience
* Knowledge or ability to learn QA System Management.
* Cert IV in WHS or equivalent experience.
* Strong Word and Excel & PDF & PowerPoint skills.
* Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills – a good communicator and presenter.
* Ownership of the position and autonomous work capability.
* Eagerness to learn and take on additional training when identified or required.
* Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Preferred But Not Essential
* Internal Auditor training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
* Basic knowledge of data analysis & reporting.
