The work:
You'll be involved in high-quality, complex matters for national and international clients, including:
Major capital transactions involving commercial, industrial and infrastructure assets
Property aspects of energy and resources projects, including renewables
Large-scale infrastructure developments, acquisitions and disposals
Property due diligence and structuring for domestic and offshore investors
Acting for institutional owners, developers, funds and global corporates
The work is varied, sophisticated, and deeply integrated with the firm's corporate, projects and finance practices.
