Your Key Responsibilities

* Promote and deliver personalized customer solutions, upsell, and cross-sell by understanding customer needs
* Develop and guide the retail sales team to achieve targets and create a unique shopping experience that delivers exceptional customer service
* Support day-to-day store operations, including rostering, financial performance, administrative tasks, and talent acquisition and onboarding
* Craft and implement strategies to maximize both sales and customer service targets, driving store performance
What We're Looking For
* A strong retail background, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* 2-3+ years of experience in retail sales with a proven track record of achieving targets
* Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service
* Resourcefulness, a can-do attitude, and the ability to solve problems and provide solutions
* Ability to balance customer care, team development, and administrative tasks
