The Fleet Manager is responsible for the strategic growth, business development, and execution of ZEEKR's B2B and fleet sales business. The role focuses on fleet business, strategic partners relationship, and new business opportunities, combining hands-on commercial leadership with business development, sales strategy analysis, and long-term market expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Fleet & Fleet customer Sales Leadership

* Define and execute regional or national fleet and fleet customer sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets
* Manage the full lifecycle of strategic fleet customers, including large corporates, leasing companies, mobility platforms, and government entities
* Lead negotiations for major projects, framework agreements, annual sourcing, and long-term strategic partnerships

2. Business Development

* Identify, evaluate, and develop new fleet and B2B business opportunities, including strategic partnerships
* Proactively build relationships with new enterprise customers, leasing and rental partners, and ecosystem partners
* Explore new go-to-market approaches, industry verticals, and cooperation models to drive scalable fleet growth
* Develop business cases, partnership proposals, and commercial models for new opportunities
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to incubate and launch new fleet-related business initiatives

3. Fleet customer Sales Strategy & Analysis

* Conduct in-depth analysis of key industries and major customers, including usage scenarios, procurement models, and decision-making structures
* Develop differentiated fleet customer sales strategies and industry-specific solutions (e.g. financing, delivery models, aftersales and service support)
* Analyze customer structure, order trends, and profitability models to support pricing strategy and resource allocation
* Produce fleet customer sales strategy and market analysis reports to support management decision-making

4. Commercial & Pricing Strategy

* Lead the development of fleet and fleet customer pricing structures, commercial terms, and incentive policies
* Manage complex quotations, framework agreements, and tender / RFP processes
* Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and business models in the fleet and B2B market

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

* Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Delivery, Aftersales, and Digital teams to ensure successful execution of fleet and fleet customer projects
* Drive an integrated customer experience covering vehicle delivery, aftersales, charging, and digital services
* Act as project owner for high-impact and cross-functional fleet initiatives

6. Team Leadership & Performance Management

* Coach and develop Dealer Fleet and Fleet customer team members to enhance overall sales and business development capability
* Set targets, review performance, and continuously optimize sales and BD processes

7. Reporting & Business Performance Management

* Manage fleet and fleet customer sales pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs
* Track new business development progress and conversion performance
* Regularly report business results, risks, and growth opportunities to senior management

Qualifications & requirements:

Education

* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field

Experience

* 5+ years of experience in B2B, fleet, fleet customer sales, or business development within the automotive or mobility industry
* At least 3 years in a senior fleet, fleet customer, or business development leadership role
* Experience in EVs, premium automotive brands, leasing, or mobility platforms is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

* Strong business development mindset combined with strategic sales capability
* Proven ability to originate, structure, and close complex B2B and partnership deals
* Deep understanding of fleet customer sales models, and long-term commercial planning
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
* Data-driven, and results-oriented

Other

* Strong interest in electric vehicles and smart mobility
* Willingness to travel as required
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
