Are you an enthusiastic and hungry Sales Associate looking for your next challenge? An exciting and unique opportunity has opened at Place Albany Creek for a growing Real Estate professional to work alongside our Director and Lead Agent, James Gwynne.
This is more than just a support role - you'll be immersed in every stage of the sales journey. From prospecting and lead generation to attending auctions and managing buyer relationships, you'll be at the heart of the action, learning from the best while building your own path to becoming a standout agent.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
* Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers
* Assist with buyer management when directed
* Support open homes and private inspections
* Assistance with Auction campaigns
* Coordinating client meetings
* Database management
* Attending photoshoots and staging appointments
* Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections

As a successful candidate, you will also bring to the table:
* A current QLD Sales Registration & Driver's License
* 6 – 12 months experience in a sales position within Real Estate is preferred
* Background experience within Sales or a transferrable industry
