We are seeking a Senior Project Sales Executive who's looking to get stuck into a large pipeline of quality stock, with exclusive access.
Our client is a established Project Marketing Agency currently representing over $400 million in projects spanning Sydney. These projects are premium products, well‐priced, and will fly out the door.
THE ROLE
This position is 5 days, including weekends (as required), and is approximately 75% on the road, working out of the display suites and showrooms, and visiting the head office when required.
Leads are evenly distributed and you will be working across 2 projects.
* Conduct database calls to generate leads and new business
* Present project details to clients, including visual plans, pricing, and selections
* Maintain regular sales reports, enquiry data, and lead conversion tracking
* Manage end-to-end sales transactions through to exchange and settlement
* Coordinate with developers, internal marketing teams, and legal representatives
* Nurture buyers throughout the settlement period
* Cross-sell property management services where appropriate
* Attend pre-booked weekend appointments (as required)

* Experience in Project Sales is ESSENTIAL – this is not a junior role
* Work ethic and ability to self‐motivate
* Strong closing skills, ability to manage a pipeline of buyers
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales pipeline independently
