Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a well-established and growing contractor delivering structural concrete packages. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong project pipeline, excellent leadership, and genuine long-term career progression.
The Role
Working on major wind farm developments, you will be responsible for supervising crews delivering large-scale concrete structures in a self-performing environment. This includes turbine foundations and associated civil infrastructure.
Roster: 10 days on, 4 days off.
Travel: Paid on company time.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise site crews delivering concrete structures and civil works
* Oversee turbine foundations and associated infrastructure
* Coordinate labour, plant, and materials on site
* Drive productivity while maintaining high safety standards
* Work closely with Project Engineers and Site Managers
* Ensure quality control and programme targets are achieved
About You
* Proven experience supervising concrete structures in a self-performing environment
* Background in carpentry or concreting (highly regarded)
* Experience on large civil or renewable energy projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to drive safety, quality, and programme outcomes
* Willingness to work a 10:4 roster
